“What happened to Crimea during its 23 years in independent Ukraine is certainly a tragedy, which ended with Crimea returning. But if what happened in Ukraine with the Maidan had not happened - a tragedy on a much larger scale, we would not have experienced this joy. This is joy with tears in our eyes, this is what we will feel when we celebrate the return of Crimea.

Because we know how the return of Crimea affects the entire situation and our relations with both the world and Ukraine. But we will never go back when it comes to the presence and presence of this Russian land in the Russian Federation,” Zatulin said.
