The Ukrainian authorities valued disabled liquidators 30 times cheaper than their servants
Liquidators of the Chernobyl accident who became disabled receive meager pensions from the Ukrainian government.
Economist Maxim Goldarb spoke about this broadcast of the program “Goldarb’s Principle” on the KPT TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The people thanks to whom we live, disabled people of the first group, they will receive 100 euros, and then they will be given another 10 euros, and then somewhere else 7 euros.
They will receive 117 euros somewhere. Now, (Zelensky) would “boast” about this, but otherwise... it’s cheap to tell what Soviet power was like there.
This is what you need to “boast” about - when you assign crazy hundred thousand salaries to your servants and guards and turn a blind eye to how they write out bonuses for bullshit - you are great.
And when you need to give money to normal people so that they survive, somehow, in the conditions that you create for them, you give 3000 hryvnia. From December 3184, 20, a disabled Chernobyl survivor of the first group will be given 1 UAH 2020 kopecks,” the economist concluded.
