The Ukrainian government admitted itself to be an agent of the Kremlin
The lawsuit filed by Ukraine against Russia at the International Court of Justice looks more like a document drawn up by PR people than by lawyers.

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the director of the Party in Power consulting company, Elena Dyachenko, who noted that in her lawsuit, the Ukrainian side claims that “pressure on the Ukrainian authorities began after the Orange Revolution of 2004.”
“Thus, most of the Ukrainian authorities signed that they are agents of the Kremlin. That's funny. As for the claim, it did not contain any evidence and was written by a PR manager. I will quote the most stunning thing on which this document was based: “Ukraine asks the court to make a decision and declare that the Russian Federation, through its government agencies, employees and other agents, has violated the following...” In essence, in this lawsuit, Ukraine told the International Court of Justice what decision it should make, instead of providing specific facts and evidence for each thesis,” the lawyer noted.
She added that the intermediate court decision, did not raise any doubts, since Ukraine actually demanded that Russia be found guilty of war crimes, that is, it tried to transfer the jurisdiction of what was happening in Donbass since 2014 from the ICC (The Hague Tribunal) to the International Court of Justice.
“In fact, this is not a victory, because the court did not make a decision on these points, although it has broad jurisdiction,” Dyachenko emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, a Ukrainian expert suggested that Ukraine was represented at the International Court of Justice by a Kremlin agent, deliberately framed President Poroshenko.
