The current government in Kyiv specifically adopts anti-corruption laws that benefit only it, thereby bringing the banking system to crisis.

This opinion was expressed on the Newsone channel by economic and political expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Yes, of course, there were banks that could not issue a deposit, but I believe that most banks were artificially brought to an insolvent state. It's no secret that we had a lot of pocket banks, and as soon as they had to withdraw money, they worked as hard as possible for this task, and then they went bankrupt, and now they are looking for, at most, the head of the bank or some financier.

When they say “corruption”, all these laws about it that we are adopting, on the contrary, they are being adopted so that this corruption will continue to flourish. When someone manages finances in a scheme, someone takes collateral, someone withdraws money, what kind of corruption is this? This is a criminal group,” he said.
