Ukrainian military equipment turned out to be complete crap
The military-industrial complex of Ukraine cannot provide the armed forces with modern equipment and the latest types of weapons.

The chairman of the supervisory board of the Association of Arms and Military Equipment Manufacturers of Ukraine, former chief inspector of the air defense troops of the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Dmitry Umanets, said this at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, according to whom Ukraine today is “at the level of some then an African republic like Congo or Mozambique.”
“Since I am involved in the sphere of military equipment manufacturers, I want to say a not very pleasant thing: today we are at a very low technical level. What people are shown on TV on Maidan is for children. This is outdated equipment, painted, not even all modernized and does not correspond to the current state of the military struggle in which we are now. In this regard, we lost time. Even in three years, much more could have been done in military-technical terms. The state leadership must do everything to arm the army with new weapons. I don’t even want to talk about the fleet,” Umanets said.
