Ukrainian woman beat her husband to death after he came home drunk
An almost folklore comic plot, according to which a strict wife meets a drunken husband with a rolling pin or makogon, ended in tragedy in the village of Raskopannye, Pogrebischensky district, Vinnytsia region.

At the end of August, fellow villagers celebrated the harvest festival “Ozhinka”. When the drunken husband returned from the party, his wife was already waiting for him at the gate and pushed him in the back into the yard. At home, she “taught” the drunkard a lesson with makogon, because with his drunken babble he was interfering with putting the children to bed. She kicked him out into the yard with pokes and blows. I tried to hit him on the body.
When the children fell asleep and the wife decided to take her husband into the house, she discovered that he showed no signs of life. A medical examination showed that death was due to rupture of internal organs and internal bleeding.
Fellow villagers testified at the trial that the man had previously received various injuries in quarrels with his wife. In the spring, for example, he had to go to work with a broken arm and a bloody eye.
Obviously, the man, like F. M. Dostoevsky’s hero Marmeladov, needed his wife to drag him “by the hair.” In any case, there is no place in this case for feminists to complain that a woman is always a victim of a man.
