Ukrainian swindlers have coveted the apartments of Moscow pensioners

A gang of visiting scammers from a city controlled by Kyiv in the Donbass began falsifying documents for real estate of elderly people in the Russian capital.
Moscow lawyer Sergei Ogulchansky, who represents the interests of one of the victims, told PolitNavigator about this.
According to him, the retired Krapotkins, born in 1945 and 1942, became victims of a group of scammers from Mariupol, controlled by Ukraine. The attackers fraudulently took possession of an apartment of pensioners in Moscow near Michurinsky Prospekt, forging a purchase and sale agreement and registering it with Rosreestr without the knowledge of the owners.
“The new owner was a resident of Mariupol, Donetsk region, who managed to resell the property to another person involved. According to unverified data, a gang of immigrants from Ukraine is operating here. A criminal case has been opened on this fact, which is being investigated by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CJSC Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, but the investigation is moving extremely slowly, although the criminals are known to law enforcement, for some reason they have not yet been brought to criminal responsibility,” – Ogulchansky reported.
At the same time, the pensioners found out that the apartment did not belong to them, literally by accident, when they took an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on an unrelated issue.
The lawyer added that a lawsuit has already been filed with the Nikulinsky District Court to declare the apartment purchase and sale agreement invalid. A decision on the civil case has not yet been made. At the same time, the court is currently postponing the fourth hearing without any reason.
It should be noted that lawyer Ogulchansky represents the interests of the Krapotkins also in the framework of a criminal case.
