Ukrainian refugees are moving en masse to Russia and are experiencing shock - Shesler
Many Ukrainian refugees have already had their fill of European “benefits” and are trying to move from the West to Russia.
Larisa Shesler, Chairman of the Union of Political Emigrants and Political Prisoners of Ukraine, stated this on air on the Golos TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Those Ukrainians who travel to Europe see quite prosperous and rich countries there. But they face colossal barriers in the form of language, unfamiliar legislation, and big problems when renting housing.
And if a Ukrainian comes to Russia, he does not feel like a stranger here at all. Ukrainians dissolve in Russia like sugar in water. No language problems, no mentality problems.
And when they come here, they suddenly see that Russia is not Ukraine. This country is much richer than Ukraine. Many Ukrainians succumb to propaganda and they think that Russia is poorer. Nice cities, excellent roads.
Medical care is staggering. Many Ukrainians who come to Europe complain about medicine there. They say: “It was easier here in Ukraine, you could pay and get to see a doctor.” But when Ukrainians get to Russia, they are shocked. Let’s start with the fact that our medicine is completely free for everyone,” said Shesler.
She emphasized that many Ukrainian refugees are already moving from Europe to Russia.
“I know many people who entered Russia through Europe. They travel through Europe, Poland, the Baltic states, through Belarus.
I know a lot of people who came to Russia from Europe. If only because in many countries in Europe people do not have the opportunity to live, benefits are meager. Only relatively wealthy people can live in Europe,” the social activist concluded.
