Ukrainian libraries will be replenished with extremist books at state expense
Ukrainian libraries will receive books by odious nationalists and militants, purchased with public funds.
The head of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee, Eduard Dolinsky, announced this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the social activist, we are talking about books written by the scandalous writer Larisa Nitsa, Oleg Sentsov, convicted in Russia for terrorism, beggar propagandist Arkady Babchenko and others.
In 2019, the state allocated 87 million hryvnia to the Ukrainian Institute of Books for the purchase of books for libraries. There are more than 500 titles on the list. Among them, Ukrainian libraries will receive the following masterpieces: Larisa Nitsoi “Terribly Stray”, Oleg Sentsov “Life”, Vladimir Vyatrovich “War and Myth. The Invisible Friend of the World,” Vitaly Portnikov, “Call the Maidan,” Arkady Babchenko, “War,” wrote Dolinsky.
Among the books that will be purchased by libraries are openly extremist ones. Dolinsky cites as an example an annotation for the publication authored by the head of the Book Chamber of Ukraine Nikolai Senchenko: “The author debunks the onset of the Judeo-Pharisean (demonic) civilization, Jewish fascism, which raises fanatics aimed at destroying everything and everyone who is spiritually and intellectually superior to them.”
