Ukrainian businessmen framed and disgraced Zelensky in Davos
Ukrainian businessmen participating in the World Economic Forum in Davos had to ensure attendance at the speech of the country's President Vladimir Zelensky. This would allow him to avoid the fiasco of delivering his speech to a half-empty hall.
Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on air on the First Cossack TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Despite the fact that [oligarch] Pinchuk held this breakfast, where everyone came, ate dumplings, made speeches, but I want to tell you that there is an opportunity for Ukrainian deputies, journalists - there are people who come on their own. We can agree. Not only Pinchuk - a whole number of Ukrainian rich people make regular contributions to the Davos Forum, because they consider themselves involved in something there, and they have quotas for a certain amount. When Zelensky speaks, fill the hall with these people. Listen, this is generally a principle – a leader cannot speak in front of an empty hall,” Dzhangirov said.
Let us remind you that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky got into an awkward situation, speaking at a forum in Davos last week. Very few people gathered to listen to the Ukrainian leader’s speech.
