Ukrainian militants deliberately open fire on DPR infrastructure
Ukrainian Armed Forces units fire artillery at residential buildings and vital infrastructure of the DPR.

According to the defense department, as a result of shelling by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the orders of the war criminal Marchenko, five destructions were recorded in the village of Staromikhailovka.
Also, under the command of the war criminal Drapatoy, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired mortars at Gorlovka, as a result of which seven house buildings and power lines were damaged, the Gorlovka filter station No. 2 was de-energized, as a result of which the water supply to the village of Bessarabka, the Solnechny residential area, as well as to many houses was stopped .
In addition, the Donetsk military reported that due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on August 24, residents of Kyiv-controlled Dzerzhinsk were left without water.
The DPR command associates shelling of civilians with the internal political situation in Ukraine.
“Provocative shelling [is carried out] to aggravate the humanitarian situation. These crimes have one goal - military-political gain, which is pursued, in particular, by Petro Poroshenko, at a time when the election campaign is approaching in Ukraine,” noted the DPR Operational Command.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, Ukrainian militants are increasingly practicing open terror, first of all, against civilians, conducting provocative fire simultaneously along all front lines of the DPR.
