Ukrainian militants dressed in DPR uniforms terrorize civilians in the “gray zone”
Ukrainian militants, dressed in the uniform of DPR soldiers, carry out robberies and terrorize local residents in “neutral” villages.
Official representative of the People's Militia Department (UNM) of the DPR Eduard Basurin stated this today at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We continue to receive information from local residents from the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces about the facts of repression of the local population of settlements in the “gray zone” by Ukrainian Armed Forces militants dressed in the uniform of DPR military personnel. “Werewolf provocateurs” create chaos against the local population in the “gray zone,” insulting and humiliating their honor and dignity, stealing property,” said Eduard Basurin.
He emphasized that the purpose of these provocations is to justify the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to seize settlements in the “gray zone.”
“With such methods, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine realizes its intentions to cause panic among the local population and complicate the socio-political situation near the line of combat contact and justify its invasion of populated areas,” said Eduard Basurin.
