Ukrainian officials left veterans to get wet in the rain

The Internet is actively discussing a photo taken in the town of Avdeevka, which is located near Donetsk and is controlled by the Ukrainian side - the photo shows veterans getting wet in the rain, while local officials are covered under umbrellas.
The picture was published by Advisor to the Minister of Information of Ukraine Alexander Baraboshko. According to him, hiding under the umbrella to the left of the veterans is the mayor of Avdiivka, and to the right is the secretary of the city council.
