This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by Ukrainian political expert Pavel Karnazytsky

“Today this declaration, in the absence of a legal system, can only be useful for battalions - ready-made lists of whom to go rob. They are trying to distract society by pointing out who stole how much, but the authorities are not even trying to create mechanisms to stop the theft of the state budget. Everyone understands perfectly well who got what and where. It is clear that what was stolen will not be returned. But the problem is that they continue to steal from us, and society is busy with lustration and finding out who stole and how much,” said Karnazytsky.
