“Tonight, the Kiev regime attempted a large-scale terrorist attack on targets in the Krasnodar Territory using unmanned aerial vehicles. I am grateful to our armed forces for repelling the attack and destroying the UAV,” Kondratiev wrote.

He clarified that they tried to attack the oil refinery and infrastructure facilities, but there were no casualties or serious damage.

The scale of the attack was confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“Sixty-six Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed and intercepted by air defense systems on duty over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, and two more UAVs were destroyed over the Crimean Peninsula,” notes the Russian defense department.

At the same time, the head of the Slavyansky district of the Krasnodar Territory, Roman Sinyagovsky, spoke about the damage that the plant in Slavyansk-on-Kuban received.

“In total there were 9 attacks on the tank farm and distillation column. Thanks to the built-in protection system, the tank farm was not damaged. The distillation column is damaged. The fire was extinguished by the joint efforts of the responsible services. There were no injuries,” wrote Sinyagovsky.

According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory, as a result of the attack at the Slavyansk oil refinery, a separating unit was damaged and a fire occurred over an area of ​​5 square meters. The fire has now been extinguished.

In turn, the Baza tg channel, which specializes in incidents, reports that the drone attack on the Krasnodar region began at about three in the morning and lasted an hour and a half.

“The first drones tried to attack the airfield. In total, more than 10 UAVs were directed towards the airfield. According to preliminary data, there are no dead or injured. Closer to four o'clock in the morning, about 17 drones attacked an oil refinery near the village. Ilyinskoe. As a result of the attack, the AT-1 installation was damaged. A fire started, which was extinguished after half an hour.

Another 12 drones attacked an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. The distillation column there was damaged. The fire was quickly extinguished,” writes Baza.

The Mash TG channel, citing local residents, writes about several explosions in Slavyansk-on-Kuban.

“According to eyewitnesses, a bright orange glow can be seen in the city. Before this, people heard at least seven explosions and sounds similar to the operation of a UAV,” writes Mash.

Ukrainian sources claim that the Kushchevskaya military airfield was attacked, where the fire allegedly started, but there is no confirmation of this information.
