Ukrainian power engineers leave to work in the LDPR
Energy enterprises in Ukraine are experiencing difficult times: there is no funding, there is a constant delay in salaries, employees work 3 days a week. Against this background, most good specialists quit to go to work in the LDPR or Russia, where there are guarantees for a stable future.
The general director of the energy company LEO, Vladimir Gritsay, spoke about this on the Ukrainian TV channel LOT, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Gritsai, in the Kyiv-controlled territory of the Luhansk region, about 300 energy workers have already quit.
“The greatest value is people. To date, about three hundred specialists have quit their jobs and are returning to uncontrolled territories or going to work in Russia. The rest are scattering across the territory of Ukraine in search of a better life,” said Vladimir Gritsai.
