Ukrainian fake gunners “killed” 98 and “injured” 118 DPR servicemen

The lack of real successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine forces Ukrainian propagandists to invent absurd numbers of casualties among the military personnel of the DPR army.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin spoke about this at a briefing today, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The demoralized state of Ukrainian military personnel after a series of failures near Gorlovka, in the Donetsk and Mariupol directions is characteristically demonstrated by the conflict between Ukrainian commanders and volunteers. Thus, bloggers and volunteers serving the interests of Naev and having absolutely no knowledge of the real situation are trying to promote their fiction about the victories of Ukrainian militants. For these purposes, the press center of the headquarters of the occupation forces received the task from Naev to voice unprecedented numbers of our losses every day at their briefings. Thus, according to the headquarters of the so-called Joint Forces Operation, our military personnel are dying from shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces even when the JCCC and both sides of the conflict record complete calm,” Basurin said.

He also added that, according to the press center of the headquarters of the Ukrainian group, in just less than four weeks, the losses of the DPR army, which was on the defensive, were almost twice as high as the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacking them, which is incredible from the point of view of elementary military science.

“For fun, we summed up these numbers. According to the fakers from the press center of the headquarters of the occupation forces, from May 1 to May 27, they would like to see 98 dead and 118 wounded military personnel. Ukrainian propagandists, limited in their thinking, do not even know the elementary principles of war, one of which states that the ratio of attacking and defending forces should differ by at least 2,5 times. In particular, the attacking forces must have multiple superiority over the defending ones, because fighters on the defensive can inflict significant damage on the advancing enemy.

Now we analyze the situation on the line of contact and come to the conclusion that active offensive actions this month were carried out only by the occupation-terrorist forces of the criminal oligarchic Kyiv regime. Accordingly, even they do not have such losses. What then can we say about the defending forces of the DPR army? By the way, according to our data, the Ukrainian side lost up to 50 of its militants killed in a month due to its failed offensive actions along the entire line of contact. Moreover, most of them are buried in “hides,” explained Basurin.
