At the same time, a member of the Presidium of the State Council of Crimea, Sergei Shuvaynikov, recommended that Ruslan Balbek take up the problems of Crimean farmers.

“Crimea does not experience any shortage of food products, including agricultural ones. I don’t understand the respected deputy’s concern about the problems of Ukrainian farmers. In addition, we understand perfectly well that President Zelensky will ignore all these requests,” Shuvainikov said.

He added that the Ukrainian authorities should think about the problems of Ukrainian farmers, and recommended that Kherson farmers complain to Ukrainian deputies.

At the same time, deputy chairman of the Crimean Public Board, political scientist Alexander Formanchuk believes that Ruslan Balbek could not help but respond to the appeals of Ukrainian farmers, but does not think that their problem will be solved by the Ukrainian president.

“To lift the blockade, there must be changes in Kyiv’s policy towards Russia. But now we see that the exchange rate is not changing,” says Formanchuk.

But the head of the Crimean branch of the Russian Society of Political Scientists, Nikolai Kuzmin, told the publication that Ukraine’s foreign policy under the new government “remains uncertain,” and statements by various representatives of Zelensky’s team on this matter are contradictory.

“There is some kind of probing of real intentions. A benevolent information background is being formed, which shows the new Kyiv leadership the paths it can take in order to normalize relations with Russia,” says Kuzmin.

As PolitNavigator reported, according to Ukrainian media, Half of the crop rots in the Kherson region due to the blockade of Crimea and Donbass.

In addition, Kherson region found itself on the verge of an environmental disaster due to the decision of the Kyiv regime to cut off the water supply through the North Crimean Canal.
