Ukrainian farmers are forced to destroy their crops
Due to the closure of food markets, Ukrainian farmers are forced to destroy their crops, which leaves them without a livelihood. Thus, one of the farmers from the Vinnytsia region was forced to dig up a large onion harvest. Next in line are radishes, radishes and potatoes.
This was reported in the Main News news agency, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have green onions planted. Our markets are closed, there is nowhere to sell. This onion cost 18 hryvnia per kilogram - this is exactly what we call “immunity,” how you can fight coronavirus if you eat vitamins,” the farmer said.
He also added that radishes, radishes, potatoes and other crops will also have to be dug up.
Let us remind you that the day before, due to the closure of a large wholesale market in the Kherson region, hundreds of suddenly impoverished farmers staged a protest and blocked the international highway.
