Ukrainian gays demand that Groysman allow same-sex marriage
Introduction of European practice in Ukraine – the so-called. registered civil partnership (an institution that legitimizes relationships between same-sex couples) – is sabotaged by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Zoryan Kis, a member of the board of the KyivPride NGO, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, attending the next gay pride parade, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We see outright sabotage of this measure by the Cabinet of Ministers. In particular, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mr. Groysman, does not sign an order that would delegate the development of a bill to a specific ministry. The two ministries that could theoretically develop this bill – the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Social Policy, taking advantage of the fact that there is no order from the prime minister, are actually pointing fingers at one another,” laments the leader of the gay movement.
