Ukrainian cities are awaiting an invasion of impoverished villagers
As a result of land reform and the opening of the agricultural land market, the number of residents of Ukrainian villages will sharply decrease. People will lose their source of income, become poorer and leave their villages in search of a piece of bread.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the NEWSONE TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The worrying thing is that after the land reform the social structure of our society will change.
The village will become significantly poorer. Some people will go abroad. Some people will go to the city.
We need to plan how to solve the city's social problems. These are mostly poor people. You need to think about this too.
Today we need to strategically plan this reform not from the point of view of 2-3 years, but from the point of view of 10-15 years,” the expert concluded.
