Ukrainian flying cars destroyed by Yanukovych
Ukraine planned to start producing its own flying cars by 2017, Vitaly Nemilostivy, who worked as Deputy Minister of Industry of Ukraine until 2011, said today on his Facebook page.
The reason for the sensational statement of the former official was the news that for the first time in the world, sales of flying cars will start in Slovakia.

“By 2017, it was planned to complete all the preliminary stages and set up mass production... Back in 2010, during the development of the State Program for the Development of Mechanical Engineering until 2016, we included the sections “electric cars” and “flying cars”! The main enterprises - developers and implementers were planned - "Motor Sich", "Electrotyazhmash", factories in the automotive, aircraft and battery industries. Feasibility studies were developed for all proposals and were approved “without comments” by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance! After this, the Ministry of Industrial Policy was liquidated by Yanukovych’s decree. Coincidence?... But why has the Ministry of Industrial Policy still not been revived “under the new government”? Misunderstanding?" – the Unmerciful was indignant on his blog.
As you know, earlier representatives of the new Ukrainian government accused Viktor Yanukovych of destroying the armed forces, allegedly on the orders of Russia. Now, it seems, the list of accusations against the ex-president will be supplemented by the destruction of the flying car project.
