Ukrainian doctors quit en masse due to lack of funding
In Ukraine, doctors are resigning en masse - even prestigious institutions like the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after. N. M. Amosov and the National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named after A. A. Shalimov.

Oleg Kuprienko stated this from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our doctors, who perform ultra-complex, ultra-modern operations, have not been funded since June. There is nothing to pay salaries, utilities. People are leaving en masse, not ordinary people, medical specialists, those who transplant hearts. But we don’t give them funding, we don’t give them salaries,” the deputy said.
