The marines, who replace the so-called volunteer battalions on the approaches to Mariupol, are frightened and unfired troops.

People's Deputy and former commander of the Donbass battalion Semyon Semenchenko stated this on air on the Rada TV channel.

“At night, Donbass was taken out of Shirokino for rotation. In five days they should start it back, and now they should start Azov. “Azov” is no longer there. The Marines came in, scared, unfired, and without the necessary equipment.

“Donbass” has so far been verbally told that we will not return there again. They acted very nicely: the order was not given at first, and when there was a wave of indignation and demands for a written order, it was classified. I can’t say where they took me, but it’s not the first line, and not the second,” Semenchenko said.
