Ukrainian sailors are training to board enemy ships
Boarding groups of 73 special purpose maritime centers of the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are practicing the seizure of ships on the high seas, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
During ship capture training, the groups were withdrawn by air from various heights using the “Kanat” system and by water on high-speed boats.
“In the holds and on the deck, a mock enemy was detained and destroyed in close combat,” the note says.
Last week, the Ukrainian and British military conducted PASSEX training in the Black Sea. Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted air defense exercises.
