According to Biletsky, the configuration of the militia forces known to him suggests that there will be no large-scale offensive until the spring. At the same time, he noted the high probability of the formation of new boilers in the areas of the settlements of Debaltsevo and Berdyansk.
“This does not amount to a full-fledged and full-scale invasion, despite the fact that relatively many forces have been deployed. Rather, it looks like a firm consolidation of territories.
It is necessary to create the correct configuration of troops that can counterattack and level the front line. It is necessary to create reserves in the direction of Berdyansk and Mariupol,” Biletsky said.
