Ukrainian nationalists are trashing the rapper who wrote the song about the Maidan “Ride, bitch”
Ukrainian nationalists blocked an online fundraiser that was announced in support of the release of an album by Kyiv rapper Tariq Nezalezhko, who became famous thanks to the song about Euromaidan “Ride, bitch.”
The musician himself stated this in his blog.

According to him, the fundraiser was launched a few days ago on the “At the Start” platform. The reason for the closure was complaints from nationalists that Nezalezhko’s work was politically biased.
“We received a notification that our project was closed, despite the fact that we collected two thousand hryvnia in one and a half days, that is, we sold disks for two thousand hryvnia, and the Tariq Nezalezhko project would have been beneficial to everyone, we were closed. The reason, as the administration wrote, is that quite unexpectedly there were informers in Ukraine who wrote that the “Tarik Nezalezhko” project turns out to be politically biased, therefore it cannot be implemented on the territory of Ukraine...
What I do is sarcastic ridicule of all sorts of idiots who do a lot of bad things to my country, both at the everyday and political levels. A political project can be called that x….yu, who traveled from Ukraine in 2016 with the song “1944”. This is really political crap,” Nezalezhko said.
Thank you!
