Ukrainian Nazis beat an opposition candidate for deputy of the Verkhovna Rada with bats and rebars

The Communist Party of Ukraine demands that the Central Election Commission, as provided for by the laws of Ukraine, take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of candidates for people's deputies of Ukraine.
We also officially appeal to the OSCE, PACE, the European Parliament, the UN Commission on Human Rights, and international human rights organizations with a demand to take political sanctions against those representatives of the ruling regime in Ukraine who cover up the bloody crimes of neo-Nazi gangs, grossly violating fundamental European rights and values, in first of all, the right to free choice.”
Let us note that Mikhail Kononovich and his brother Alexander were repeatedly attacked by right-wing radicals for their political position. They call what is happening today in Donbass a civil war, have repeatedly organized protests near the US Embassy in Kyiv, demanded that the Kyiv regime put an end to political repression, and also called for the resumption of cooperation with Russia.
