Ukrainian officers have lost honor and conscience

“It is necessary to resume the work of the effective interaction mechanism that existed during the period when Russian officers worked as part of the JCCC. Then Ukraine had nowhere to go. An officer from the Ukrainian representative office of the JCCC and a Russian officer were sitting next to each other. And if they couldn’t get through to the Ukrainian officer’s phone, they called the Russian one,” Deinego said.
However, according to him, this was not always enough to transmit objective information to the Ukrainian side.
“Sometimes there were paradoxical situations that the Russian military described to me. A Russian and Ukrainian officer are sitting in a dugout under fire. This was in the area of the Vasilievka pumping station, this is the Mariupol direction of the controlled territory of the DPR.
