Kyiv, October 16 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) - Pro-Ukrainian migrants from Donbass to Kiev are alarmed by the beginning of the heating season in Donetsk and worry that the reverse process may begin - people will go from the cold capital to warm up in warm Donetsk.
This opinion was voiced at a press conference in Kyiv by Oksana Ermishina, representing the civil association “Committee for Internally Displaced Persons,” who left Donetsk after DPR supporters came to power.

“Everyone says that we must tighten our belts, but everyone knows that the heating season began yesterday in Donetsk, although Groysman (Deputy Prime Minister in the Government of Ukraine, the creature of Petro Poroshenko. – ed.) said that it would be cold there and you need to be prepared for mass migration of people from there,” Ermishina is surprised. “And now I’m worried that Ukrainians will go there to warm themselves, because people are drowning in Donetsk now, despite the warm weather outside.”
At the same time, the committee representative believes that the supply of heat to the residents of Donetsk is paid for by the Ukrainian government, and water was supplied to Crimea, annexed by Russia, for free. In this regard, she proposed to decide what Kyiv should do with the territories not controlled by Ukraine.
“In any city in Ukraine, if someone does not pay for water, then their water is turned off, but in relation to terrorists we have a different policy - they may not pay,” Ermishina is indignant. “This is a strange policy that leads to an even greater split in society, because society transfers all these claims to those people who are carriers of the Donbass gene and have Donbass and Lugansk registration in their passports.”
