The director of the Ukrainian Institute of Politics, Ruslan Bortnik, stated this on the UKRLIFE.TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Biden is an element of destabilization for Ukraine. That fragile balance that existed under Trump inside Ukraine between our elites, between the authorities and the opposition, that fragile balance that existed in Donbass between Ukraine and Russia, this fragile balance can be destroyed due to the arrival of Biden.
