The head of the analytical center “Third Sector” Andrey Zolotarev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“We want the Constitution to be presented to us on a silver platter by people who are not accustomed to comply with traffic rules and who need to be explained that when it’s red you have to stand and when it’s green you have to move,” the expert figuratively put it. – The sad 20-year result of the Ukrainian Constitution is its transformation into a roll of toilet paper. It is quite obvious that the Constitution will have to be written anew in the interests of citizens. But it seems to me that no longer under this government, and perhaps this will coincide with the re-establishment of the state.”
