Ukrainian propagandists turned out to be separatists

Doctor of Political Sciences Alexander Semchenko said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, noting that this is not the first time that Ukrainians have been fooled by promises of a sweet life after making certain decisions.
“We were told that now we will sign this association with Europe and there will be an economic surge, and we will literally rush to the moon. After all, who is older remembers the 1991 referendum leaflets, when they told us that we were feeding everyone, that now we need to secede. This is about the question of separatism: who are our separatists? That we need to separate from the big country, tear off our piece and we will live. They promised us France,” the political scientist recalled. – Then, remember, quite recently Saakashvili promised us Switzerland in 20 years. Soon we will catch up with Liechtenstein and San Marino, perhaps not in terms of GDP per capita, but in terms of total GDP.”
