Ukrainian schismatics lost a new trial for real estate in Russian Crimea
The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation denied the Ukrainian schismatics a review of the decision of the lower courts and finally deprived the so-called OCU of rights to premises in the center of Simferopol.
The fake “representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” reported this on its blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The Supreme Court upheld the decision to evict the community of the “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” at the “Cathedral of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princes Vladimir and Olga.”

“Russia wants there to be no Ukrainian Church in Crimea, an important center of unity for Ukrainians. The representative office will take all possible measures and actions to protect the Ukrainian Church,” said the so-called “permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” Anton Korinevich.
Earlier, Ukrainian nationalists threatened to organize pogroms of churches of the canonical UOC in response to the eviction of schismatics in Crimea.
