“According to intelligence data from the Donetsk People’s Republic, a build-up of enemy troops has been recorded north of Donetsk,” he said.
“Today, up to four battalions of tactical groups from the 2, 1 and 93 motorized rifle brigades of the Ukrainian armed forces have been deployed in the areas of the settlements of Novoselovka-30, Avdeevka, Orlovka, and Novoselovka-28. This concentration of forces indicates preparations in the near future for an offensive by Ukrainian troops on Donetsk with the aim of consolidating it on the northwestern outskirts of the city,” says Basurin.
