Ukrainian security forces will begin withdrawing heavy artillery after two days of silence
Kyiv, September 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – After two days of “silence”, the withdrawal of heavy artillery and units by the Ukrainian security forces will begin.

Such an agreement was reached today as part of the negotiations in Soledar, the ATO press center reports.
Representatives of the OSCE took part in the negotiations; Ukraine was represented by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Dumansky; on the Russian side, the deputy commander of the Ground Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Alexander Lentsov, took part in the negotiation process.
During the negotiations, the parties agreed to create an operational headquarters (advisory center) to resolve the situation; the Russian side undertook to coordinate its work with representatives of the DPR and LPR, according to the ATO headquarters.
After the creation of the headquarters, work will begin to implement the agreements between the heads of Ukraine and Russia on the de-escalation of the conflict in Donbass.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kiev previously stated that the Ukrainian military is ready to implement the Minsk memorandum, including the withdrawal of all artillery systems with a caliber of more than 100 mm.
Let us note that the militias have repeatedly stated that Ukrainian security forces continue shelling and attacks.
