The ammunition contained a delayed-action fuse, said the prosecutor of the Kharkov region, Yuriy Danilchenko, and the head of the SBU department in the Kharkov region, Alexander Pivovar.
According to Danilchenko, the persons who planted the mine had no intention of blowing up the electrical substation.
“I am more inclined to believe that the explosion was aimed at intimidation,” Yuri Danilchenko said, as quoted by him "Media port".
“Yesterday’s incident shows that we are at the beginning of a long journey. We are not going to rest on the laurels of already solved crimes. There is an extensive agency operating in the city, which is constantly fed materially and tactically from the neighboring state,” says Danilchenko.
