“A kilometer from the town of Shchastya, an explosion of an anti-personnel mine was recorded: two soldiers of the ATO forces were killed, one serviceman received numerous injuries. Now doctors are fighting for their lives,” the message says.
According to the ATO headquarters, in just one day the losses among security forces amounted to 14 military personnel, four were killed and ten more were injured.
The tense situation remains in the areas of the Lugansk, Donetsk and Debaltsevo bridgeheads. In the area of Donetsk airport and neighboring fortified positions of the ATO forces, increased activity of militias was observed, Ukrainian security officials note.
