Ukrainian security forces admitted that the Russians will have something and someone to present to the West when they ask for evidence of saboteurs

“The Ukrainian authorities find themselves in a delicate position,” the publication notes. “They don’t want to admit even the partial truth of Russian accusations, for fear of ruining their image in the eyes of the West and demonstrating that the security forces do not control radical groups. Therefore, at the official level, a course has been taken towards “total denial” - in the public space, Kyiv is promoting the version that the incidents in Crimea were, from beginning to end, a Russian falsification.”
At the same time, the publication’s source, familiar with the progress of the investigation undertaken by Kiev, admitted that the situation for Kyiv is ambiguous.
“Unfortunately, this is a case where there is smoke without fire,” said the publication’s interlocutor. – And the Russians will have something and whom to present to their Western interlocutors when they ask for evidence. Our line of defense will apparently look like this: radical patriots, at their own peril and risk, decided to become famous by performing “feats” in Crimea. The state of Ukraine has nothing to do with their amateur activities.”
