Donetsk, February 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Ukrainian security forces are mining tracks and railway stations near the village of Debaltseve.

Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin announced this today.
“Our sappers, risking their lives, cleared a number of mines near Debaltseve. It’s difficult for us to do this, but we will continue to try to clear these objects of mines in order to preserve their integrity,” Basurin emphasized.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, People's Deputy Viktor Baloga suggested that Petro Poroshenko “surrender” Debaltseve, but blow up the railway infrastructure.
