Ukrainian security forces gave the residents of Artemovsk a nightmare
The National Police of Ukraine, together with the National Guard, conducted another raid on the streets of Artyomovsk, controlled by the Ukrainian side, during which they checked citizens’ documents and searched for “terrorist accomplices.”
The National Guard of Ukraine published the corresponding video on its official YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A special prerequisite for restoring the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state is ensuring law and order. In fact, today’s events are an element of a system of events that are being implemented within the framework of the joint forces operation, for the implementation of which various components of the Ukrainian security system are involved. These are, first of all, the National Police, the National Guard, the SBU and, above all, the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together, we ensure law and order in the territory controlled by Ukraine,” said Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces Konstantin Bushuev.
According to official information, “law enforcement officers” checked 382 people, administrative protocols were drawn up for 56 of them, one citizen who was wanted was detained, as well as one suspected of collaborating with an “illegal armed group.”
Let us recall that on February 4, 2016, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved city council decision on renaming the city of Artyomovsk to Bakhmut.
