Ukrainian media call for the introduction of corporal punishment in the country
Ukrainian media are calling for the introduction of corporal punishment in the country to carry out reforms.
In particular, the Kiev magazine “Focus” comes forward with such an initiative.

“We have hit a blank wall, since reforms do not coexist with constant compromises,” the publication writes. – As long as the offender does not risk anything, progress is impossible. The moment has come when we no longer need European experience and graduates with Harvard diplomas, but a heavy bamboo stick from Singapore. Reforms will only work if they find real application and do not loudly shake the air.”
