Kerry delivered a motorcade of 18 cars from the Boryspil airport to the Poroshenko administration. As journalists note, for the motorcade of the US Secretary of State, Naberezhno-Khreshchatytskaya Street was completely cleared, blocking traffic on four lanes of busy traffic.
