Odessa, April 02 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The reconnaissance (“hydrographic”) ship “Liman” of the 23th separate division of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation was spotted 519 kilometers from Odessa.

This was reported by the publication “Dumskaya.net”, which is close to the “regional” Alexey Goncharenko, the son of the ex-mayor of Odessa Alexey Kostusev, with reference to a source in the Ukrainian military department.

“Liman” is located in international waters and is engaged in electronic reconnaissance in the southwestern part of Ukraine, thus controlling the movements of military equipment, aircraft and ships.

According to an anonymous source, with the help of hydroacoustic stations, exploration of the shelf of the water area is being carried out, which theoretically could indicate preparation for a landing operation, the publication claims.
