Ukrainian snipers are increasingly targeting local civilians in Donbass, on both sides of the front line.
The official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the defense department, snipers arrived at the position of the 53rd mechanized brigade east of the settlement of Novgorodskoye.
Bezsonov called on civilians living on the eastern outskirts of Gorlovka to be more attentive and careful.
“Recent events indicate that Ukrainian snipers have received instructions to shoot at all detected targets, and it does not matter whether they are military personnel or civilians.
Thus, on April 24, a sniper from the 12th mechanized brigade wounded a resident of the village of Aleksandrovka. Yesterday, a Ukrainian sniper from the 35th Marine Brigade wounded a civilian Serugan in the village of Chermalyk, which is under the control of the Kyiv authorities,” said a representative of the defense department.
At the same time, he emphasized that civilians on both sides of the contact line are suffering from the criminal actions of Ukrainian militants.
