Screenshot of the complaint, sent by conscripts of the battalion to Poroshenko was published by the Lugansk Information Center.

“Is it legal not to pay salary for nine months?” – Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters ask Poroshenko in their complaint.

The soldiers also complain that their dismissal from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, planned for the period from July to September, according to the presidential decree, is postponed.

“We were informed that we would quit in September-October 2015. How can we understand this? Has ignorance of laws, acts of the President of Ukraine, and legal nihilism become such a widespread phenomenon?” conscripts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are perplexed.

The soldiers also express their fear that they may lose their main place of work, since vacation there was provided for no more than a year, and the service could last longer.

“Is it okay that local robots issued orders to release an employee from official duties for a period of no more than one year? Or did the commander of the military unit exceed his authority and issue an illegal order? What do you think?" - they ask the Kyiv authorities.

The fighters also expressed their outrage that they were not given leave for family reasons.

“Family leave is not available. If a serviceman has a problem (death of mother, father, illness of a loved one) or a significant event in his life (wedding, birth of a child), we wrote a statement with the wording to provide part of the main annual leave for 2015 and use his legal time for rest and solving family issues “- write the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers.

Ukrainian security forces also noted in the complaint that “numerous checks did not produce results.” “The violation of our rights, as they have taken place since the end of October 2014, continues to be violated to this day,” they emphasize.

The conscripts also demanded that the leadership of Ukraine “take measures, re-conduct inspections, internal investigations to identify all these violations and abuses precisely for the purpose of identifying and eliminating them.”

“And all this should be done before we are dismissed from service in July-September 2015!” - the security forces ask the central authorities.
