Ukrainian rear officials buy horseshoes and bags for oats for soldiers - volunteers
Kyiv, February 25 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Well-known Ukrainian volunteer, presidential adviser Yuri Biryukov said that the army’s logistics services do not want to change the principles of work: logistics are not taken into account, and “orders” are made strange.
