The corresponding verdict was published on the official website Unified state register of court decisions.
The dispatcher of the taxi service in the city of Torez was in the dock. Investigators are confident that she took advantage of her position and collected information heard on the airwaves used by taxi drivers. The dispatcher passed the received data over the phone to a friend from Gorlovka (a city controlled by the DPR), who allegedly worked for the DPR Ministry of State Security.
During the court hearing, the defendant stated that she did not intend to provide assistance to the defenders of Donbass, but shared information in order to prevent the death of civilians.
However, according to the court's decision, she will have to spend 3 years and 6 months in custody, despite the fact that she has been in custody for more than two years.
