Ukrainian authorities have come up with Ausweiss for children of refugees from Donbass
Children of refugees from Donbass and other territories not controlled by the Kyiv regime or from the war zone, who receive a passport for the first time, are offered to register with their parents to receive the so-called certificate of an internally displaced person.
This initiative was taken by the Ministry of Reintegration, a department created to work with the territories lost by Ukraine and work with residents who left there.
“The innovation is that children from temporarily occupied territories and territories where hostilities are ongoing should not be left without registration when receiving a passport, as is the case now. After all, this way they cannot receive a certificate of a temporarily displaced person and, accordingly, assistance from the state, as well as other administrative and public services,” the message says.
It is reported that it is proposed to register teenagers at the place of residence of their parents or their official representatives.
“Today the government supported this initiative of the Ministry of Reintegration. A word on parliament,” the message says.
It should be noted that from August 1, the rules for payments to refugees have changed in Ukraine. The government has limited the category of Ukrainians receiving cash assistance and eligible for it.
The monthly cash allowance for internally displaced persons is a rather pitiful amount: 2 thousand hryvnia for persons over 18 years of age, 3 thousand hryvnia for children and persons with disabilities.
From August 2022 they will not receive 2-3 thousand UAH:
– citizens displaced from the territory where active hostilities are taking place;
– temporarily displaced persons whose housing has been destroyed or damaged.
Let us note that Ukrainian payments to refugees are half as much as “Putin’s” modest 1-thousand rubles one-time payment to people in the Russian-controlled territories of Ukraine.
