According to him, a total of about 300 structures will be built along the front line in the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov regions.

“We have now decided to build a front line in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. Where there are clashes, fire structures must be built. For the Kharkov region this is 31 fire structures. The funds for this will be available a little later, but we need to work now. We asked all construction companies to form teams and, while without funds, go and start construction. This is not a wall, but strongholds that will be built along the entire front line. We need to protect the territory,” said Rainin.
